about what he was working on. He became more
organized as the year went on and was able to
take on a larger workload because of it.

biggest strengths throughout the year. If he
wasn't looking to observe he, he was watching
the sim schedule for patients, or asking to work

at such a large institution, and I really feel like he
took advantage of all that Froedtert had to offer.

beginning but with the heavier workload I'm sure
it became more challenging. With that said, he
always finished his plans on or ahead of

competency list for the semester. competencies, it doesn't show the complexity of
some of the plans he was working on. Being an
academic center we rarely see anything
straightforward so a lot of his competencies were
done on extremely challenging patients. While I'm
sure it wasn't his favorite thing at times, he has
become a talented and well-rounded dosimetrist
because of it.

he created his own spreadsheet due to the
increase in workload. He was always organized
but I'm sure this helped him keep on task.

commend:

Keegan was a fantastic student in every way. He paid attention, took initiative, and immersed himself
in dosimetry both professionally and personally. There's not a whole lot he needs to work on other
than just continuing to gain more experience. He'll have to create new relationships and learn new
preferences, but I have no doubt it won't take him long to fit right into that new department.
