Additional Comment:  Ryan has learned how to load patients
and routinely helps the group with this task. He also helps the
oncology residents with contouring and received feedback
from them about how to improve. He has begun planning
simple cases under supervision which has helped.

during plan consultation and review. Additional Comment:  Ryan has begun planning basic
emergency cases and has handled the communication with the
attendings well.

Uses effective written communication skills for chart, plan, and Meets Expectations [10 pts]
dosimetry note documentation. Additional Comment:  Ryan has learned to complete the write-
ups (ARIA preparations) for the emergent cases that he has
planned.
