REMOTE EXHIBITION TO SODEC

• Physical event is scheduled on 10/27-29, 2021 at Makuhari
Messe
• PH delegates have two options for business meetings
a) Remote (online) meeting w/ the on-site visitor at PH booth
(Shared interpreter included in the package)
b) On-site meeting w/ the on-site visitor at PH booth
(if you have Japan based representatives)
• Estimated delegation fee is PHP 15,000 (Ex. VAT) per company

. Remote Exhibition to SODEC 2021 Spring

■ 8.1 Sqm (3m x 2.7m) booth to be shared by PH delegates (6 companies)
■ Delegation Investment per company will be about PHP 15,000 (Ex VAT)
■ Investment Covers the following
- 4 PCs (1 PC to be shared by 2 companies for online meetings)
- 2 Interpreters to assist online meetings between on-site visitor & remote exhibitors
- Furnished Booth (Rental Display System)
- Bilingual Staff (in Japan side)
- Collecting business cards of the visitors to the booth
- Setting up / dismantling of the booth
■ PSIA will create a certain “country-sell” marketing collaterals. (digital, no print)

Note:
■ We expect less freedom of branding design of
the booth. (Standard rental display system)
■ As of now we do not know which location of the
booths is still available in the floor plan.
■ If you have any Japan based staff who can be
present at the booth, you may send him/her on-
site.

■ Let PSIA know if you are interested in joining SODEC 2021 Remote Exhibition by
answering the survey form https://forms.gle/YCjazWEGBNLL8u7N6 by July 12,
2021.

■ DICT will cover the SODEC 2021 Autumn Remote Exhibition Booth. Each
participating company will only pay Php 15,000.00 (Ex VAT) for the
Delegation Fee. PSIA aims to send at least 10 companies to SODEC 2021
Autumn

■ Once the participating companies are finalized

- First delegation meeting will take place end of July.
- Delegation fee payment deadline will be August 20, 2021.
