October 5 to 9, 2020 With the permission from our school Completed

head, Ma’am Lyra M. Canonigo, we
started to print and photocopied the
MHPSS for Learners and FWSS
Booklet since September 21, 2020.

On October 5, 2020 we distributed

the modules through our Purok
Teachers. Parents and guardians
who wasn’t able to get their said
modules in their respective puroks,
they were instructed to claim it in the
school. We retrieved all answer
sheets on October 8, 2020.
