Subject: Report on brawl between Gakhemi Michael and Ngwa Martin.

Sir,

I write to give you a summary report on the brawl that took place on Wednesday 23 rd of January
2019, between the Yaounde Chief of Operations and the Administration and Finance Officer,
names mentioned above.

To the best my knowledge, Mr. Ngwa Martin met me earlier that fateful day to complain that he
needs activity reports for CNPS, which he requested from the COPS, but were not forth coming.
I got the complaint and immediately drew the attention of COPS to endeavor to produce the
reports.

I was surprised to hear both of them shouting at the top their voices and throwing invectives on
each other at the Operations Hall in front of junior collaborators. I rushed to the scene of the
drama and heard that the Chief of Operations took advantage his large abdominal morphology
to push Mr. Ngwa Martin down. Some eye witnesses confirmed that Mr. Ngwa actually fell on
the grown.

When interrogated to know why he went back to Chief of Operations, whereas, he had earlier
handed the matter to me, Mr. Ngwa Martin alleged that he was called by FONDZE Joseph, for
both them to jointly examine a file. While in the Operations Office, he kept blaming the
operations for producing CNPS reports, and it was from there that the Chief of Operations
reacted angrily, which led to the brawl.

My personal standpoint is that Mr. Ngwa Martin has a slight advantage over Gakhemi Michael in
that he was insisting for activity reports to be produced in order to complete the CNPS file in
view of following up outstanding debts.

Secondly, Mr. Gakhemi Michael for whatever reason, is not supposed to exercise violence on
any member of staff. That is not permissible.

Done for your information. Yaounde Branch Manager.
