SUBJECT. UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF SUPERVISOR NDONYI FRANKLINE

Sir,

I write to draw `your attention on the continue violations of the above collaborator.

On the night of 12th breaking 13th of March 2017 supervisor NDONYI assigned to checked
singled shift and high profile clients locations, supervisor returned to the base at about Mid
night and told me he was through with his first mission. I again instructed that he should
continue with singled shift locations in zone three, instructions was turn down by supervisor
who told me he was not supervisor for zone three.

Given that it was not the first time supervisor turn down instructions from his
hierarchy and considering risk of not visiting singled shift locations, I was compelled to set
out for this checks. While along, I interrogated driver DIDACOS to know the locations that
were visited, and he told me they visited singled shift locations in zone one and all BHC
locations. Apart of singled locations and other vulnerable location that I visited in zone three,
I was compelled to begin with World Bank locations and madam OKORO of the united nation
which NDONYI never care to visit even though he very well knows the risk we run should in
case we do not visit these locations.

He returns to the base at 03h00 with hope that he will continue checks for
second rounds at BHC locations but till it was done, NDONYI did not bother to set out again.
When it was done I still verbally interrogated this junior colleague as I sort to know from him
reasons for such continues disrespect towards his chain of command and he replied to me
that if I want to look for his trouble, I should just go ahead and do.

Sir,

If I have to take precious time I would have use for other profitable issues to complaint this
officer to you, is because I have beard his wrongs doing until now that it has become
unbearable and with this attitude, we are bound to fail. In retrospect, some few weeks back
and to be précised on the 4/03/2017 I pleaded with same NDONYI at about 16h40 to help
carry me with the bike to Credit Foncier Head office where I was to assist a meeting slated at
17h00 that afternoon, he refused and was given me the bike keys to ride myself.

Supervisor NDONYI seems to be more of a liability than an assets to us and it’s high time
we takes some measures against this officer.
