Leadership is the art of inspiring a group of people to work together to achieve a common goal. In a
business setting, this can imply directing employees and colleagues with a strategy to meet the needs of the
company. Leadership is a social influence process that maximizes the efforts of others to achieve a goal.

3. Which of the different types of style of leadership is the best? Why?

Democratic leadership was among the most efficient leadership styles because it allows lower-level
employees to exercise authority that they will need to use wisely in future positions. It is also similar to how
decisions are made in company board meetings.

4. As a youth, which of among the presidentiables we have at the moment do you think would be the best
president of our country and why for the next 6 years?

During the inauguration of his official headquarters, former senator Bongbong Marcos declared his
intention to run for president in next year's elections. He had the foresight to assist and save our country from
corruption and poverty. He possesses the knowledge and sincerity to serve our fellow Filipinos and the country
as a whole. "I will bring that form of unifying leadership back to our country," he said, and I am confident that
he will be able to do so in the coming years.

5. How can you be a responsible Filipino voter?

Make sure to cast your vote wisely. Choosing the right person to be our country's president is critical.
As a result, you should become acquainted with the candidates and issues. Maintain a current address with
the supervisor of elections' office. A president must be dedicated to assisting other people and the country in
its growth and development. Also, bring proper identification to the polling station when voting. Familiarize
yourself with the operation of the voting machines in your precinct. Precinct workers should be treated with
respect. Others' privacy should be respected. Finally, notify the supervisor of elections of any problems or
violations of election laws.
