MD, HMR informed that since the last meeting one private property has been dismantled, 36 are at award stage, cheques are under preparation for 76, 43 are at DN stage. 2. MD, HMR informed that consent has been received for 716sq. mt. from AP state warehousing corporation. Conditional Consent is received is received from BSNL Musheerabad. Concurrence for post office land at Begumpet is still awaited. SC railway is likely to be received for the 8 properties this week. CS advised all the department heads to do the needful urgently. LTMRHL is advised to start the work at Begumpet post office. 3. Principle secretary along with MA/UD conducted a joint meeting following a site inspection. CS instructed for a joint committee to be formed with principal secretary, MA&UD with representatives of GHMC, Collector, Hyderabad and irrigation department. 4. HMR informed that the estimate for the utility shifting has been received by the SC Railway and the approval will be accorded in a week. 5. The JNTU matter was advised to be expediated by the CS after the in charge VC cleared all oppositions and mentioning that the temple can be shifted and will only be restricted to the first floor. 6. TSSPDCL informed that the revised estimates have been sanctioned for shifting the 33 KV OH lines, 11 KV OH lines and fresh estimates have also been prepared. Regarding the 11 KV OH line shifting for Matrivanam to Madhurnagar metro station, it is requested to accept the original estimate. HMR informed about the wait of the principal approval by the irrigation department and ENC regarding the 3 rd bridge proposal. CS directed to expedite the in principal approval. 3. C&SO informed that with a temple, a chilla is also to be shifted. 3. CS advised MD, HMR to conduct a micro review of the work being done by the Concessionaire. 4. Permission for tower erection at Krishnakant Park has been sought from LTMRHL. 5. An alternate site to be given for the construction of Gopalapuram Police Station as High Court has put a stay order on the old construction site. 12th 53/HMR/STF/2015 29.09.2015 Minutes of the 32nd meeting of STF enclosed 1. CS directed law Secretary to expediate fixing ip of a meeting with the advocate general along with MD, HMR, C&SO, GHMC for early disposal of court cases. 2. C&SO informed CS that they will prevail upon the caretaker of the temple to agree for shifting it to ENC in 10 days’ time. 3. LTMRHL presented an update, they presented new scheduled dates of completion without mentioning the earlier dates of completion. CS instructed them to mention reasons for not completing the shifting as per scheduled dates of completion. LTMRHL is yet to start the work in spite of availability of ROW. It is also directed to list the stretches where the work is complete but the barrication is yet to be removed. 4. MD, HMR informed that CS could go for the examination of the stretch from Yousufguda to Krishna nagar to examine the feasibility of diversion of traffic as requested by LTMRHL for taking up the construction work in that stretch. 5. CS desired for finding a new construction site for the Gopalapuram Police Station as the previous site got enrolled in a court case. 13th 53/HMR/STF/2015 03.11.2015 Minutes of the 33nd meeting of STF enclosed 1. CS reviewed the progress the progress. Pending court orders, the difference amount of compensation between old and new Act is being deposited in the court as advised by AG for further proceeding with the acquisition process. 2. Meeting to be conducted with the Advocate General for fixing the modalities for early disposal of court cases. 3. CS advices to initiate necessary action for shifting of temple to ENC, R&B office premises and also to shift back the compound wall of the mosque as these issues are from the past 4-5 months and still remain unresolved. 4. The works of LTMRHL had lacked in various tasks and their work was not completed by due procedure. CS directed it to expedite completion of utility shifting works and take up the metro rail foundation works in a faster pace duly adhering to the completion targets without any further slackness and to make a before after presentation in the next meeting. 2. Construction of Gopalapuram police station has been identified at the land of postal department. 3. The matter of shifting of NIIMS temple will be dealt in the Convergence meeting and the status will be reported to CS. 15th 53/HMR/STF/2015 12.01.2016 Minutes of the 35th meeting of STF enclosed 1. Status of the progress: shifting of 21 underground and 10 over the ground utility works affecting 93 pier foundation which have been pending for 2 years. CS took a serious note of the delays and directed LTMRHL to furnish the target dates for completion of these works giving justification for delay in each case. 2. Since, government is agreeing to give additional government land, CS advised Postal Department to take measures for withdrawal of stay order obtained from court in the Gopalapuram police station. 3. Since, the matter of NIIMS temple has been pending for a long time now it has been advised to have a meeting with the director of NIIMS and various department heads (addl. The acquisition of properties has been prioritised into 3 groups namely; Corridor 1 – 5 properties, Corridor 2- 11 properties, Corridor 3- 24 properties. 2. Collector RR district informed that the land at Gachibowli has been decided to allot to the postal department as the land of postal department was set for the gopalapuram police station construction. 3. CS advised GHMC to expedite the dismantling of affected GHMC shops at koti at the earliest. 4. Minister 1. The state government said to resolve the issue’s relating to alignment of MGBS- Falaknuma section in 2 months, issues relating to sub- licensing beyond 11 months of transfer of TOD. 2. The revised project cost will be looked into by project engineers appointed. The IE repot will be submitted by September, 2016. 3. DoT has constituted a committee to look upon the issues of royalty charges being charged by the DoT for the use of radio frequency and will also look in similar projects too.
