1. MD, HMR informed since last meeting 20 private
properties have been dismantled, 36 are at award
stage, 43 are at DN stage, cheques are under
preparation for 77 and court cases are pending for 38
properties. CS directed MC, HMDA and MD, HMR to
pursue the matter with the help of AG and see early
disposal of cases.
2. MD, HMR informed that they received compensation
from BSNL and APWHC. He further informed that a
proposal has been sent to SS of post office regarding
the eight railway properties situated from Chilkhaguda
to Lekha bhavan. CS mentioned that HMR need not
pay compensation for government land. CS directed
collectors to verify and take necessary actions.
3. MD, HMR informed GAD and DPR about the final
stages of construction of the 3rd bridge at imlibun bus
station by STUP consultations. He further informed
about the difference in the maximum flood discharge
figures. CS advised to resolve the issues.
4. HMR is likely to receive the estimate of the utility
shifting soon.
5. MD, HMR informed that affidavit has been filed in the
High Court by Collector seeking permission for taking
over the endowment’s land. CS directed to pursue the
matter in court.
6. Cyberabad informed about the shifting of the temple
located in the JNTU X Road. CS desired JNTU to be
invited to the next meeting to discuss the clearance of
its management for the work on relocation of the
temple.
53/HMR/STF/2015 10.03.2015 Minutes of the 21st meeting of STF enclosed
1. MD, HMR informed that since the last meeting one
private property has been dismantled, 36 are at award
stage, cheques are under preparation for 76, 43 are at
DN stage.
2. MD, HMR informed that consent has been received for
716sq. mt. from AP state warehousing corporation.
Conditional Consent is received is received from BSNL
Musheerabad. Concurrence for post office land at
Begumpet is still awaited. SC railway is likely to be
received for the 8 properties this week. CS advised all
the department heads to do the needful urgently.
LTMRHL is advised to start the work at Begumpet post
office.
3. Principle secretary along with MA/UD conducted a
joint meeting following a site inspection. CS instructed
for a joint committee to be formed with principal
secretary, MA&UD with representatives of GHMC,
Collector, Hyderabad and irrigation department.
4. HMR informed that the estimate for the utility shifting
has been received by the SC Railway and the approval
will be accorded in a week.
5. The JNTU matter was advised to be expediated by the
CS after the in charge VC cleared all oppositions and
mentioning that the temple can be shifted and will
only be restricted to the first floor.
6. TSSPDCL informed that the revised estimates have
been sanctioned for shifting the 33 KV OH lines, 11 KV
OH lines and fresh estimates have also been prepared.
Regarding the 11 KV OH line shifting for Matrivanam to
Madhurnagar metro station, it is requested to accept
the original estimate. HMR advised TSSPDCL to sign the
agreement and mentioned that it would bear any
additional charges.
3. 53/HMR/STF/2015 24.03.2015 Minutes of the 22nd meeting of STF enclosed
1. HMR informed that since last meeting 15 private
properties have been dismantled, 14 are in award
stage, cheques are in preparation for 96 properties and
43 properties are in DN stage. CS directed to expedite
the matter and distribute the cheques in a time bound
manner.
2. HMR informed about the wait of the principal approval
by the irrigation department and ENC regarding the 3 rd
bridge proposal. CS directed to expedite the in
principal approval.
3. The permission letter from JNTU should be approved
and the shifting of the temple should be completed
was directed by the CS.
4. 53/HMR/STF/2015 07.04.2015 Minutes of the 23rd meeting of STF enclosed
1. Acquisition of critical properties in road widening on
the 3 metro rail corridors.
2. Relocation accepted of two wheeler parking space of
L&TMRHL to SC railway to be shifted behind the
Begumpet post office.
3. ENC & Irrigation department to be instructed to
properly send the in principal approval letter of the 3 rd
bridge.
4. Shifting of temple in the JNTU campus still awaited.
5. CS directed CE & R&B to make available a small place
for facilitating the shifting of NIIMS temple.
6. CS directed MD, HMR to discuss the issue regarding
the acquisition of the private property in the Nampally
road stretch with the AG.
5. 53/HMR/STF/2015 28.04.2015 Minutes of the 24th meeting of STF enclosed
1. CS directed to clear all the private properties cheque
within one week and all GVM properties to be cleared
by the agreed date.
2. CS directed to go ahead with the 3 rd bridge
construction process and to take necessary actions
when required.
3. CS directed the DCP (traffic) to coordinate with the
departments regarding the shifting of the temples.
4. The collector was directed to verify the ownership of
the land behind the Sri Shivasthapa Temple and take
action for its acquisition.
6TH 53/HMR/STF/2015 12.05.2015 Minutes of the 25th meeting of STF enclosed
1. AG advised for creation of a separate account for the
cases still in court and to disperse the amount when
the cases are disposed.
2. CS directed TSRTC to treat the 3rd bridge construction
as a top priority. LTMRHL to assist and complete the
work before onset of monsoon.
3. CS directed CMD, TSTRANSCO & JC to visit the site and
resolve the issue regarding the RoW dispute between
two villages.
7th 53/HMR/STF/2015 07.07.2015 Minutes of the 27th meeting of STF enclosed
1. CS directed MD, HMR to prepare list of cases which are
held in the court and meet with AG to discuss these
cases. He also directed Collector, Hyderabad to furnish
daily reports on acquisition cases and make a specific
report on the issue of Mr. Nanda Kumar property.
2. MD, HMR informed that the acquisition of the country
club should be expedited. The Padamahansa
appartments should be acquired completely and not a
single block.
3. Addl. CP (H&S) were directed to ensure that the debris
was removed and instructed to make rounds to find
private debris dumpers and ensure its compliance in
the next meeting.
4. Director, NIIMS to take up the concern relating to the
shifting of the temple.
5. LTMRHL furnished target dates for completion of
shifting of utilities, it linked completion of shifting with
property demolition. MD, HMR informed CS that the
shifting can be done even without property
demolition.
6. C&SO to expedite the demolition of Mr. Ravindra
Reddy’s property. RR district informed CS about the
completion of RoW issues by next week.
8th 53/HMR/STF/2015 07.07.2015 Minutes of the 28th meeting of STF enclosed
1. CS directed Collector, Hyderabad to furnish details
showing the opening balance, accruals during the
weeks and disposals and find the remaining number of
properties in the acquiring status.
2. It was informed that the country club has been
acquired and fresh requisition has been sent for the
Padmahamnsa Appartments.
3. After it was informed that the managing committee of
the temple is from Balapur, it was desired by CS to
expedite the matter with concerned people.
4. CS directed LTMRHL to adhere to their given targets.
5. MD, HMR informed that the demolition of Mr.
Ravindra Reddy is in progress. CGM, Metro Zone,
TSSPDCL informed that the balance LC’s will be cleared
soon.

1. CS instructed Collector, Hyderabad to make a list
of pending properties and schedule a meeting with
the relating departments (Advocate General,
C&SO, MD, HMR, Collector Hyderabad and Ranga
districts) and property owners to work out the
modalities for the early disposal of court cases.
2. Acquisition of Padmahansa Apartment to be
furnished within 2 weeks of September.
3. Shifting of the NIIMS temple matter to be taken to
the concerned people and to expedite the process.
4. CS directed LTMRHL to give a presentation
showing the progress of shifting of utilities.
5. CMD, TSSPDCL informed CS that the LC’s will be
given during the week. CS was informed that the
RoW issue was resolved and the work is in
advanced stage.
10th 53/HMR/STF/2015 04.08.2015 Minutes of the 30th meeting of STF enclosed
1. MD, HMR proposed to deposit the amount in an
escrow account. CS advised MD, HMR to take the
opinion of AG for implementation.
2. C&SO, GHMC assured CS to resolve the temple issue
within one week by convincing its representatives to
move the temple in the decided space.
3. CS directed LTMRHL to complete all the shifting work
before the end of September.
4. TSTRANSCO informed CS that the revised estimate for
shifting of 132 KV OH line would be released within 4-5
days.
11th 53/HMR/STF/2015 08.09.2015 Minutes of the 31st meeting of STF enclosed
1. Law secretary informed that the meeting about
the early disposal of cases will be soon fixed to
discuss the working out of modalities.
2. C&SO informed that with a temple, a chilla is also
to be shifted.
3. CS advised MD, HMR to conduct a micro review of
the work being done by the Concessionaire.
4. Permission for tower erection at Krishnakant Park
has been sought from LTMRHL.
5. An alternate site to be given for the construction
of Gopalapuram Police Station as High Court has
put a stay order on the old construction site.
12th 53/HMR/STF/2015 29.09.2015 Minutes of the 32nd meeting of STF enclosed
1. CS directed law Secretary to expediate fixing ip
of a meeting with the advocate general along
with MD, HMR, C&SO, GHMC for early disposal
of court cases.
2. C&SO informed CS that they will prevail upon
the caretaker of the temple to agree for
shifting it to ENC in 10 days’ time.
3. LTMRHL presented an update, they presented
new scheduled dates of completion without
mentioning the earlier dates of completion. CS
instructed them to mention reasons for not
completing the shifting as per scheduled dates
of completion. LTMRHL is yet to start the work
in spite of availability of ROW. It is also
directed to list the stretches where the work is
complete but the barrication is yet to be
removed.
4. MD, HMR informed that CS could go for the
examination of the stretch from Yousufguda to
Krishna nagar to examine the feasibility of
diversion of traffic as requested by LTMRHL for
taking up the construction work in that stretch.
5. CS desired for finding a new construction site
for the Gopalapuram Police Station as the
previous site got enrolled in a court case.
13th 53/HMR/STF/2015 03.11.2015 Minutes of the 33nd meeting of STF enclosed
1. CS reviewed the progress the progress. Pending
court orders, the difference amount of
compensation between old and new Act is being
deposited in the court as advised by AG for further
proceeding with the acquisition process.
2. Meeting to be conducted with the Advocate
General for fixing the modalities for early disposal
of court cases.
3. CS advices to initiate necessary action for shifting
of temple to ENC, R&B office premises and also to
shift back the compound wall of the mosque as
these issues are from the past 4-5 months and still
remain unresolved.
4. CS directed LTMRHL to expedite the shifting of
utilities and commence the road widening works
as requested by them.
5. CS advised C&SO , GHMC to expedite revision of
estimates for shifting of street light poles as
requested by HMR.
6. Further land for the Gopalapuram police station
has been identified and counter has been filed in
response to a court case and the same has been
entrusted to AG for further action.
14th 53/HMR/STF/2015 15.12.2015 Minutes of the 34th meeting of STF enclosed
1. The works of LTMRHL had lacked in various tasks
and their work was not completed by due
procedure. CS directed it to expedite completion of
utility shifting works and take up the metro rail
foundation works in a faster pace duly adhering to
the completion targets without any further
slackness and to make a before after presentation
in the next meeting.
2. Construction of Gopalapuram police station has
been identified at the land of postal department.
3. The matter of shifting of NIIMS temple will be dealt
in the Convergence meeting and the status will be
reported to CS.
15th 53/HMR/STF/2015 12.01.2016 Minutes of the 35th meeting of STF enclosed
1. Status of the progress: shifting of 21 underground
and 10 over the ground utility works affecting 93
pier foundation which have been pending for 2
years. CS took a serious note of the delays and
directed LTMRHL to furnish the target dates for
completion of these works giving justification for
delay in each case.
2. Since, government is agreeing to give additional
government land, CS advised Postal Department to
take measures for withdrawal of stay order
obtained from court in the Gopalapuram police
station.
3. Since, the matter of NIIMS temple has been
pending for a long time now it has been advised to
have a meeting with the director of NIIMS and
various department heads (addl. CP, MD, HMR,
C&SO, GHMC, R&B) To resolve the issue at the
earliest date.
16th 53/HMR/STF/2015 15.03.2016 Minutes of the 36th meeting of STF enclosed
1. The acquisition of properties has been prioritised
into 3 groups namely; Corridor 1 – 5 properties,
Corridor 2- 11 properties, Corridor 3- 24
properties.
2. Collector RR district informed that the land at
Gachibowli has been decided to allot to the postal
department as the land of postal department was
set for the gopalapuram police station
construction.
3. CS advised GHMC to expedite the dismantling of
affected GHMC shops at koti at the earliest.
4. Properties for acquisition at Badichowdi has been
identified and is advised to initiate action as soon
as the consents are submitted by HMR.

1. The state government said to resolve the issue’s
relating to alignment of MGBS- Falaknuma section
in 2 months, issues relating to sub- licensing
beyond 11 months of transfer of TOD.
2. The revised project cost will be looked into by
project engineers appointed. The IE repot will be
submitted by September, 2016.
3. DoT has constituted a committee to look upon the
issues of royalty charges being charged by the DoT
for the use of radio frequency and will also look in
similar projects too.
