Meeting with GED

1. The pending structural steel from H&M scope shall be procured by DSR and H&M will continue
to complete the powerhouse structure with additional support of manpower and resources
from DSR.
2. The balance structural steel erection works shall be awarded to M/s. Onshore.
3. As per the original planning of 6,000 TCD, the power distribution system of existing powerplant
shall be utilized for new powerplant. The erection works shall be continued as per the original
planning. The operations team has to handover the power distribution system for new
powerplant.
4. Project team make aware operation team for the poor performance of existing steam drives for
mills for their usages during future expansion.
5. M/s. Onshore shall be called for meeting in Lagos to increase the manpower for Savannah
expansion project.
6. For any additional works, Onshore shall quote in Naira for these works. Check with Onshore to
fabricate the steel in Lagos workshop.
7. Other contractors with fabrication workshop shall be checked, Beamco, Chemitech and another
Chinese company in Lekki free zone (contact Abhijit) shall be checked.
8. Check with Abhijit for deputation of any structural steel engineer to Savannah.
9. The boiler and turbine commissioned within 6 months (end of December 2021). The schedule
shall be reviewed further.
10. Manpower (Civil and mechanical) mobilization plan shall be prepared and shared with the
contractors.
11. Mr. Murali to meet Dr. Adenike Fajemirokun on 16 th June 2021, to resolve the issue of Uttam
pending shipments of 8 OOG containers.
12. M/s. Onshore and Rockseed shall be checked for balance critical civil works. Deck casting shall
be done by H&M.
13. The decision on procurement of structural steel (hampering the powerhouse works) shall be
taken at the earliest.
14. For additional manpower deputed by the civil contractors, enough numbers of containers shall
be provided by DSR. The contractors shall modify the containers to suit to accommodate the
manpower. Request for 50 containers to be raised.
15. The firefighting system shall be procured for the 6,000 TCD expansion project.
16. Along with existing 1# fire truck if any additional fire trucks are required, the same shall be
procured by the operations team.
17. Presently ETP is not in the scope of 6,000 TCD project, the requirement of the ETP shall be
considered in future based on the operational requirement by operations team.
18. Possibility to offload some of the works from H&M scope, e. g. all MCC rooms can be offloaded.
To be concluded with available contractor on ground.
19. Additional manpowper from Goldsun to be arranged for H&M structural works in powerhouse.
Goldsun manpower complains about accommodation at site. Check with site team.
20. Official email shall be sent to M/s. H&M to intimate the offloading the scope.
21. The required chemical for boiler and WTP commissioning shall be procured locally.
22. The possibility of local procurement for the refractory shall be checked immediately.
23. JPMA to release all the pending execution drawings related to 6,000 TCD within a weeks’ time.
24. Write to operations team and inform the delays in project activities due to holdup due to 9,800
TCD. List down all the areas.
25. The decision for installing the centrifugal machines to be confirmed through operation team.
