Gentlemen :
In reply to your request for a price proposal on subject work, we are pleased to quote
you as follows:
For the supply of labor, supervision, consumables, tools and transport for our
workers to and from jobsite to living quarters off site to satisfactorily perform subject
steel structure work and subject to the general conditions as listed hereunder, our
estimated Provisional Price is PESOS: ________________________ (Php ______).
Please see attached detailed price breakdown as required.
General Conditions:
1. Our price proposal is generally based on the following:
a. Issued reference drawings, specifications and bill of quantities/tonnage of
steel for each of the six (6) steel categories as listed. As such, actual and final
total subcontract price shall be based on the actual tonnage of steel put inplace for each type of steel members multiplied by our proposed all-in unit
rates.
Still, actual tonnage of steelwork that must be accomplished shall be within
the estimated total of 119 M.T. as provided.
b. The raw steel materials shall be provided to us at the given working area free
of charge.
c. Owner shall also provide to us all the necessary steel fabrication and
installation equipment free of charge.
2. Also, the Owner shall provide to us temporary electrical power and water
connections and consumptions free of charge.
3. Owner shall also provide us cover fabrication area to avoid worked delayed
considering the weather condition today.
4. Our estimated completion time for the job is three (3) calendar months from
signing of a subcontract agreement or receipt of down payment whichever is
later.

5. Our proposed terms of payment are:

a. 30% down payment upon acceptance of our proposal.
b. Balance in semi-monthly progress billings based on actual tonnage
accomplished.
