Executive Summary
This demo specifically covers the Electronic Signature of a supplier contract, and presents an
example of this using “Docusign”. The demo requires a pre-demo setup since “Docusign”
needs an e-mail account. This same account is used regardless of the demo instance number
or seeded user e-mail address.

Storyline and Personas

Vijay Stanley is a buyer at Supremo Fitness. Kyle Hutchins is a manager at Supremo Fitness.
Jason Lee of Lee Supplies is a supplier to Supremo Fitness.

Vijay Stanley wants to create a contract that requires the electronic signature of his
supplier, Jason Lee. DocuSign will be used for this signature.

All of the contracts that are submitted from buyers at Supremo Fitness require the approval
of Kyle Hutchins.

Context
Who This demo is aimed at mid-sized and larger companies. It does not focus on
any specific industry, which means that it can be used for companies across all
industries.
What This is a functional walk-through of Procurement Contracts. Companies can
easily get the electronic signatures of their suppliers and process their
supplier contracts.

Why Companies are easily able to get the electronic signatures of suppliers and are
able to go ahead with full online document processing for the supplier
contracts.
