A) SYNOPSIS:

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

The internship opportunity I had under the firm Adv Ram Kumar Singh was a great
chance for learning and professional development. Therefore, I consider myself as a very
lucky individual as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I am also
grateful for having a chance to meet so many wonderful people and professionals who
led me though this internship period.
Bearing in mind previous I am using this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and
special thanks to the Head of the firm who in spite of being extraordinarily busy with his
duties, took time out to hear, guide and keep me on the correct path and allowing me to
carry out my project at their esteemed organization and extending during the training. I
express my deepest thanks to Ms. Sashya Mishra, Amity Law School, Lucknow, for
taking part in useful decision & giving necessary advices and guidance and facilities to
make this internship period a success. I choose this moment to acknowledge her
contribution gratefully.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Internship opportunity I had under Adv Ram Kumar Singh was a grate chance for
learning and professional development. Therefore, I consider myself as a very lucky
individual as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I am also grateful for
having a chance to meet so many who led me through this internship period.
Bearing in mind previous I am using this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and
special thanks to the Head of the firm who in spite of being extraordinarily busy with his
duties, took time out to hear, guide and keep me on the correct path and allowing me to
carry out my project at their esteemed organization and extending during the training. I
express my deepest thanks to Ms. Sashya Mishra, Assistant Professor at Amity Law
School, Lucknow, for taking part in useful decision & giving necessary advices and
guidance and facilities to make this internship period a success. I choose this moment to
acknowledge her contribution gratefully.
3. PREFACE:

This report is an outcome of the seven weeks summer internship Program of my Amity
Law School for the students of Final Year of 3 year LL.B program The main constituents
of the report are on cases observed at the firm during the internship, the research on
related issues and the weekly report of my work. I have tried my best to do justice with
my activities and put it in black and white with the same effort.
4. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY/ABSTRACT:

The report describes the internship I did from the period of 21 March , 2022 to April
17th, 2022 Under Adv Ram kumar Singh under the guidance of head of the firm and
senior intern Ms. Sashya Mishra.

The following are the work covered under the period:

1. A day went of by acquainted and heads of the firm an we were also briefed about
the work.

2. We were told to study about the case : Ram Babu Vs Public Litigator .

3. It was a case of Criminal Trespass section 447 if Indian Pinal Code 1860 and was
involving different kind of criminal section

4. It is a case of illegal and forced acquired by the defendant from the local farmers

5. The case was of U.P Lucknow

6. As the hearing date was close so we finalized our document an went for the
hearing

7. Due to lack of proper legal document of papers of property acquired by the


defendant and falsified transferred papers of land which had no legal Document

8. The case was dismissed the case on the facts provided by our senior advocate. The
date was extended on the part of defendant

9. There was another case : Fahim Khan Vs Nsha Ahmed Khan which was
going to be heard in few days

10. It was a case of domestic violence the plaintiff (Nisha Ahmed Khan) Her sister –
in law , brother –in law , in laws in general who were violating her

11. She underwent financial social physical harassment. She demanded separate
living from the family .

12. The case dismissed due to absence of defendant

13. We did a depth study of the case and there were more facts which includes
physical harassment and grievous hurt under sec 320 of ipc

14. We went to district court to attend the date on case the argument was done and
more facts were produced but the judgement is pending

Day 1 (21/3/2022)

Day one went in briefing introduction with the colleague, seniors and the head
of the advocacy
Firm seniors made us aware of involvement of firms in civil and criminal field

Second day went with introduction with the new interns and colleagues and
then bring about our academics and achievements and interests

Day 3 (23/3/2022)

On day third, our seniors , briefed about the firm and in what field in deals in

Our senior gave outline of the work we will be doing under their guidance,
which included :

Studied about the case


- Indetail study of the facts

Continued with the same task involving definition and ambit of criminal
section involved in the case

Day 7 (27 /3/2022)

Did detailed study of the case and made certain inference and made certain
inference out of it
- It was the case of city of U.P , Lucknow
- The land was Illegally and by the defendant from the local farmers

Day 8 (28 /3/2022)

The facts were discussed in the chamber with the seniors and among the
other Interns

- The seniors gave their discrete knowledge on the facts and guided u
further

We did further study of the case the further details involved

Facts

- No legal paper of the registry of the land by the defendant were


presented in the court

Day 10 (30/3/2022)

We went to the district court with our seniors head advocate

- The defendant asked for extension of date of trial to present the paper in
the court
- The court was dismissed

Day 11 (31 /3/2022)

Judgement Day

1. Due to lack of property legal documentation of papers of property


acquired by the defendant
2. Due to encroachment of land
3. No transparency in acquisition of land
4. No paper compensation
5. Falsified transferred paper of land which had no legal documentation 6.
Forgery of documentation

Day 12 (01/4/2022)

The judge dismissed the case on the facts provided by our senior advocate.
The date was extended for future proceedings on the part of defendant
Day 13 (02/4/2022)
We moved to another case given by our senior

We did detailed study of the facts of the case

Day 14 (03/4/2022)

The facts of the case are stated below :

Facts

1. It was a love affair marriage


2. The plaintiff ( Nisha Ahmed Khan ) suffered domestic violence form his
sister - in law and brother - in law , In Law in General 3. Interfere in her
private life
4. She under went financial, social, physical harassment 5.
The plaintiff demanded separate living from the family

Day 15 (04/4/2022)

We went to court no. 14 that is family dispute court


• The case was dismissed due to absence of defendant from the court
twice
• The plaintiff was heard
• The judgement was still passed in the fovour of the difandant ( Fahim
Khan ) by the judge Sambhu Nath Sarij

Day 16(05/4/2022)
Dissatified and displeased by the Judgement of the Judge Sambhu Nath
Saraj

We moved to the district court and presented the facts and the case passed
by the previous judge

Day 17(06/4/2022)

The trial continued in district court of lucknow and the judgement in


still pending

Day 18 (07/4/2022)

Our senior asked us to do in-depth study of the case and asked us to derive
certain more facts out of it

Day 19 (08/4/2022)
We din the filling of both the cases which include facts

- Judgement Passed ( If Any )
And did the compilation of both the cases
Day 20 (09/4/2022)

We went to District court of lucknow to attend the date of the


case Fahim Khan Vs Nisha Ahmed Khan
And produce more facts in the court argument were held and the judgement
was still pending

Day 21 (10/4/2022)

We studied both the cases and referred it whit different cases of same type
we tried to understand more things about the cases

Day 22 (11/4/2022)

Our Senior helped us understand the different cases and how we can present
the facts

Day 23 (12/4/2022)

We presented our facts to our senior and they helped us to present it in a


proper way

Day 24 (13/4/2022)

We continued with compilation of the files on both the case


Day 25

We were given speech of Motivation and words of guidance by our senior


head Mr Ram kumar Singh and were handed over with the certificate of
internship
