Now a days in all industries and collages new kind of motor control system

are used. There should be a man power and keeping this in mind we have
atomized the motor control kit.
 INTRODUCTION

This project aims in atomization of motor control lab system for the
industries and this project also detects some of the defects in the motor
and sense the signal to control panel for protection has been implemented
to control the motors and protect the motors.

These motors are speed variation of motor. And short circuit

protection withen it such as short circuit, it protects the motor. Hence it
saves the time, cost and maintenance.
These motors are can be controlled by PLC. It means that this project will
give the new ideas about the industrial drives control system.

That is, further there is a possibility of digitalization in motor control

operation by connecting the PLC device to this motor control kit. We can
control the motors with the help of PC through PLC ladder diagrams.
The technical aspects are discussed in detail in the forth coming
chapters.
