Defect Liability
1. The DLP shall be twenty four (24) months from the date of
complete supply or eighteen (18) months from the date of
commissioning whichever is earlier.
Photographing
1. Vendor shall take and submit a photo of the ordered equipment to
the Purchaser (JFE-India) before the shipment.
2. For detail instruction please refer ‘’Instruction on Photography
(WB-C11-A00-401)”
Special Requirements
1. English language shall be used in all documents.
2. As-built drawing (dwg) by PDF format shall be submitted within
two weeks after Taking Over.
3. CAD data of outline dwg (AutoCAD 2017 or newer
version/General Arrangement Drawing) shall be submitted for the
planning work of layout.
4. All electrical parts and instruments (including parts of control
Panels) should be based on IEC standard. If PLC is used in
Vendor's scope, major PLC supplier shall be chosen after
Purchaser’s approval.
Safety Covers
1. Every dangerous part (including any flywheel) of any electric
generator, motor, transmission machinery or other machinery in
the workplace shall be securely fenced
2. Safety cover shall be secured with bolts.
3. Safety cover shall be totally covered type (not punch metal type).
