General Data sheet shall be provided for each valve size

1 To be filled in/confirmed by vendor.

2 Lining of valve body shall be extended to cover raised face of the valve flanges.

3 For detailed information see doc. 90-U-DM39-010 - Specification for Main Valves.

4 Vendor to confirm that materials of all wetted parts are suitable for the given water quality data.

5 Flanges which are not covered in EN 1092 shall be designed in accordance with EN 1591 – 1.
For metallic seated gate valve, flushing valves shall be considered to remove the collected solids in the
6 groove at bottom of the valve body to ensure tightness of the valve. It is acceptable to use resilient seated
gate valve also for larger size (above 24”).
