Name of work: Construction of Multipurpose Community Hall (Medarla) at

Madepalli Indorama Colony Phase-2, C.P., Venkatapuram -1

Sri Alla Kali Krishna Srinivas (NANI), Hon’ble MLA, Eluru Assembly
Constituency has proposed the works of Construction of Multipurpose
Community Hall (Medarla) at Madepalli Indorama Colony Phase-2, C.P.,
Venkatapuram -1 under CMDF for the year 2022-23

Accordingly the district Collector of west Godavari has sanctioned the

above work with an estimated cost of Rs.10.00 lakhs (Rupees ten lakhs only)
under CMDF for the year 2022-23.

Accordingly, the line estimate for the above work has been prepared
with the following provisions:

1. Isolated footings/pile foundation with M20 grade of concrete.

2. Filling of foundation trenches with Godavari River sand/ stone dust

with a thickness of 100 mm.

3. P.C.C (1:4:8) for with a thickness of 100 mm in footings

4. High Yield Strength Deformed Steel Reinforcement for footing, columns,

beams, slab

5. M 20 grade concrete Nominal Mix for footing, columns, beams, slab.

It is technically feasible for Construction of Multipurpose Community

Hall (Medarla) at Madepalli Indorama Colony Phase-2, C.P., Venkata Puram -
1 as clear municipal site is available for carrying out the work and allocation
of CMDF funds may be insufficient to complete the work in full shape and
put into utilization, balance fund will be taken from available municipal
general funds and also access is available to this construction from all
connecting roads.
