departments to manage their business internally. The company was founded in 1924 and
headquartered in New York, USA.

Case Problem:
Xyme wants to understand the employee performance over the years and need to track it on
regular basis.

Objective:
You are hired as a Visualization Consultants for Xyme Inc to help them in solving above
problems.
• You need to develop an effective dashboard for the company which will provide them
in depth understanding of employee performance from insights like Department wise
number of employees, Age-diversity of employees, Gender-diversity in the
organization, Trend in new-hiring, People working from office or WFH, Active and
Terminated Employees etc. You can add insights based on you understanding as well
• Generate meaningful insights and provide your opinion on the decisions the firm should
make on fresh hiring, termination, and lay-offs.
• Suggest a proper plan of action for the company
• What additional data do you think is required (if any) to provide additional insights.

Rules & Guidelines:

• Naming Convention – TeamName_CollegeName (e.g. ABC_IIMVisakhapatnam)
• Use any analytics tool (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, JMP, etc.) to build your dashboard.
• Develop the dashboard along with a detailed PPT (maximum 8 slides including Team
introduction and Thank You). Upload your Dashboard in PDF format on D2C, Share Link to
your dashboard/Excel file with solution in PPT. Add all the aforementioned files in a zipped
folder and upload on D2C.
• Submission Deadline: 08 Dec'21 11:59 PM IST
• Only team leader/registered participants will be able to make the submissions.
• In the case of file submissions, please ensure that the file size is less than 20 MB.
• You can change your submissions by clicking on Submission and then Change Submission,
any time before the submission deadline.
• Please make all your submissions well before the submission deadline to avoid any last-
minute hassles.
• All decisions regarding eligibility and final judgment shall rest with the DATA-WAR team.
