For the Zoom username, If you are a PCO (5 Days training)
write the participant’s surname first in capital letters followed by his/her first name and put (PCO) Ex. ROTAO, Erika (PCO) Same with the Managing Heads (1 Day Seminar) write the participant’s surname first in capital letters, followed by his/her first name and put (MH) Ex. ROTAO, Erika (MH) Set your Zoom on “Speaker View” to focus on the main 5 display on your device. The Speaker view is when one video feed is showing up on the screen
