HOUSE RULES FOR

ONLINE
SEMINAR/TRAINING
1 Camera must be always turned on (to ensure that
everyone is participating)

2 Please make sure that your microphone in Zoom is muted


to avoid any feedback throughout the live stream.
You may opt to use earphone/headphones for you to
3 clearly hear the lecturers.

For the Zoom username, If you are a PCO (5 Days training)


write the participant’s surname first in capital letters
followed by his/her first name and put (PCO)
Ex. ROTAO, Erika (PCO)
Same with the Managing Heads (1 Day Seminar) write the
participant’s surname first in capital letters, followed by
his/her first name and put (MH)
Ex. ROTAO, Erika (MH)
Set your Zoom on “Speaker View” to focus on the main
5 display on your device. The Speaker view is when one video
feed is showing up on the screen

6 We will entertain questions after the presentation of the


lecturers, if you wish to ask a question/s just raise your hand or
simply send us a message through the chat section.
*raise hand can be found on the “reaction” icon (if your
using a laptop or desktop) while you can see it in “more” if
your using a smartphone
