Dear Mr Mirosanu
We wrote to you on 13 December 2021 about your overdraft use. We wanted to let you know that over a 3
month period you've used your overdraft the majority of the time.
In these letters, we explained that overdrafts are a form of credit and are designed for short-term borrowing.
Regular use of your overdraft, may be more expensive than other lending options.
We asked you to review your monthly income and outgoings to see if you could reduce your use of your
overdraft.
We've continued to monitor your account, and over the last 3 months you've reduced the amount you've
used your overdraft.
Please continue to regularly review your monthly income and outgoings; by trying to ensure that you're
paying in more than you're paying out. This will help you further reduce the amount you use your overdraft.
You can also use our handy overdraft calculator to see how much an overdraft through your HSBC current
account could cost over a period of up to 31 days. Visit: http://www.hsbc.co.uk/overdrafts You will also
find other useful links to a number of products and services we provide.
We'll continue to monitor your account and we'll be in touch if we need to.
