When replacing the items listed below you need to be aware of the incompatibility of swopping the boards
from one machine to another.

• Main controller 1 can be swopped as long as the Flash/boot rom and TPM Pcb is removed and the
original Flash/Boot rom and TPM PCb is fitted to the donor Main controller 1
• Main controller 2 can be swopped as long as the counter PCB is removed and the original counter PCB
is fitted to the donor Main controller 2
• Boot rom/ Flash Rom cannot be swopped
• Counter PCB cannot be swopped
• TPM Key cannot be swopped

TPM Key Flash/Boot Rom Counter PCB

If the TPM PCB is accidently swopped the machine will fail on boot up with E748-9000 code as there will be a
serial number mismatch. TPM PCB will continue to work in Original machine as it is tied to this serial number.

If the Flash/boot PCB is accidently swopped the machine will fail on boot up with E748-9000 code as there
will be a serial number mismatch. Boot rom will continue to work in Original machine as it is tied to this serial
number.

If the counter PCB is accidently swopped DO NOT install this back in the old machine as Serial number
information is automatically written to this board when the machine is powered on. This will give an Error
code that is not listed in the service Manual. Please contact TT&S for support.
