Ethiopia and to identify major problems affecting the quality of education service at this
level and to come up with some solutions that need to be considered for better quality

The objective of this interview is to collect necessary information for the study and to
identify major problems affecting the quality of education service at this level and to come
up with some solutions that need to be considered for better quality education. In so doing
conditions like students capacity and motivation to learn, teachers’ knowledge and skill,
motivation, relevance and development of curriculum, availability of infrastructures or
school facilities, capacity of principal leadership, and language of instruction, etc. will be
thoroughly discussed.

Since your contribution to the success of this study is highly valued you are kindly
requested to honestly respond to the interview questions presented and the student
researcher would like to assure that your responses are strictly confidential.

1. How do you evaluate teacher college students’ motivation and capacity to learn?
2. Do all the colleges’ teachers have adequate qualification for the subjects and grades they
teach?
3. If the teachers are not qualified for the level, do you think that students acquire skills
and knowledge they need from them?
4. What is the attitude of teachers towards teaching?
5. What problems do overcrowded create on the teaching-learning process?

ሁኔታዎችን በሚሰራበት ጊዜ የመምህራን እውቀትና ክህሎት፣ ተነሳሽነት፣ የስርዓተ ትምህርት
አግባብነት እና ልማት፣ የመሠረተ ልማት አውታሮች ወይም የትምህርት ቤቶች አቅርቦት፣
የርእሰ መምህር አመራር አቅም እና የማስተማሪያ ቋንቋ ወዘተ.
ለዚህ ጥናት ስኬት ያበረከቱት አስተዋፅዖ ከፍ ያለ ግምት የሚሰጠው በመሆኑ
ለቀረቡት የቃለ መጠይቅ ጥያቄዎች በታማኝነት ምላሽ እንዲሰጡ በአክብሮት
እንጠይቃለን እና የተማሪው ተመራማሪ ምላሾችዎ በጥብቅ ሚስጥራዊ መሆናቸውን
