The objective of this interview is to collect necessary information for the study and to
identify major problems affecting the quality of education service at this level and to come
up with some solutions that need to be considered for better quality education. In so doing
conditions like students capacity and motivation to learn, teachers’ knowledge and skill,
motivation, relevance and development of curriculum, availability of infrastructures or
school facilities, capacity of principal leadership, and language of instruction, etc. will be
thoroughly discussed.
