underlying business requirements documented in the previous phase
based on a conclusive project and product scope of the Genesys
environment

The planned technical functional design that will satisfy the underlying
business requirements documented in the previous phase based on a
conclusive project and product scope of the Genesys environment

Identifies project phases and tasks, assigned resources, and

durations specific to the Genesys platform and services outlined in
this document.
Installation and Configuration of the following Genesys
environments:
Development Environment
Production Environment
Standard set of tests to verify proper function of installed Genesys
components.

Additions or changes to the TDS (IDD, and/or FDD) following sign-off.

A point in time document delivered at project closure that

explains how the Genesys system was configured while Genesys
was engaged based on the Genesys Configuration Management
Environment (CME) export

Formal means of communicating overall project status specific to the

Genesys platform and services outlined in this document.
