fall under this archetype. A freeloader will usually disdain
one on one combat, preferring to hide behind friends or any

Scapegoat
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn to
offload your misdeeds onto others. When you hit a creature
with sneak attack, you can force it to make a wisdom saving
throw against your Freeloader save DC (equal to 8 + your
Proficiency Bonus + your Charisma modifier). On a failure,
you can choose one ally within 15 feet of the creature. Until
the end of your next turn, the creature has disadvantage on
any any attack roll that doesn't target that creature.

Additionally, whenever you use sneak attack on a creature

within 5 feet of an ally, it deals an additional 1d6 damage.
Grifter's Knack
At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Deception and
Persuasion. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any check
you make using those skills.
Pass the Burden
At 9th level, you are an expert in getting other people to do
things for you. Whenever you are forced to make an ability
check or saving throw, you can use your reaction to choose a
creature within 30 feet of you, and force it to make a Wisdom
saving throw against your Freeloader save DC. A creature
can willing fail this saving throw. On a failure, it must roll the
ability check or saving throw using it's own modifier, and you
can choose to use the result.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your

proficiency bonus, and regain all uses when you finish a long
