1. The administrative body that governed the country from year 1935 to 1946 is the Commonwealth Constitution of the Philippines.
2. The preamble introduces the constitution and the source of
sovereignty, the people. It follows the pattern in past constitutions, including an appeal to God.
3. The characteristics of a good written constitution are the
following: • Brief – not too detailed, but significant enough. • Broad - covers the whole state and rights of the citizens as well as many future contingencies. • Definite – definitions and interpretations are definite.
4. Article XVII establishes the methods by which the Constitution
may be amended or revised. Amending the constitution may be proposed by either: a) a three-fourths vote of all Members of Congress (called a Constituent Assembly), b) a Constitutional Convention, or c) a petition of at least twelve percent of all registered voters, and at least three percent of registered voters within each district (called a People's Initiative). Furthermore, all amendments must be ratified in a national referendum.
5. Article III (Bill of Rights) enumerates specific protections
against the abuse of state power, most of which are similar to the provisions of the U.S. Constitution. CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES Bachelor of Science in Nursing AY: 2021-2022

ACTIVITY 3.03
1. As they say, No one is above the law. Everyone, regardless of their
social standing, is expected to live and act in accordance with the principles of the rule of law, whether they are a government officer or the state itself. if the leaders and head of the country has utter disrespect to the principle and guidance of Constitution, they are simply violating a higher law and does not conform with fairness as a leader. They are simply reprimanding the constitution and with that, they are to desire a punishment for each law they didn’t determine by a court and be proportionate to the offence. As a leader, their stimulus in the society or state is very influential and dominant to its people. If they, themselves will continue to disrespect and contempt the law or constitution in their certain state, they are more likely to ruin the basis for governance in a country, which is essential in a country.
2. As a Filipino citizen, I believe that we have our own obligation
and commitment in our country. It is right and just for us to know about basic knowledge in government and they represent important societal ideals such as fairness, dignity, equality, and respect. Most significantly, these rights offer us power, allowing us to speak up and confront government mistreatment. With the lack of knowledge and political apathy, you will not be able to contribute positively by gaining the information and experience necessary to assert your rights and understand your obligations. The country will be a chaotic condition because the people itself has no idea or certain belief to the law and constitution oh how a person will live in his or her state. A society will not run smoothly but instead with problems and riots because of injustice and unfairness. With the law and constitution, be applied to us people living in our dwelling place, we will not be ignorant and misunderstand the communication and context of each other.
