 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The main intention of going internship is to learn new idea and to gain knowledge etc. in
internship training students get more information about the factory and about work etc. the
students use their knowledge and get new information about work which is done in
industries and factories. The student learnt many more things like he learnt discipline,
working skills, imagination, safety in working, how to follow company rules, and
maintenance of machines etc.

This internship report serves the purpose to record the details of industry which we visited
to our internship training which was conducted in “TAFE TRACTORS SHOWROM’’. This
report will cover all the details of my internship for duration of 15 days.

This internship report concludes what I learnt in internship training in air coil incorporation
and the information learnt in industry expressed in chapter. The first chapter include the
information of company and manufacturing process. Second chapter includes the
information about air conditioning system. Third chapter include the skills which are gained
during internship training and lastly conclusion.
 ABOUT THE INDUSTRY
The TAFE showroom is about tractor working ,oil checking ,engine service ,gear system,
lubricating etc . They do good distribution and good service of tractor engines and they are
the main supply of tractors for all surrounding regions and they have been doing good work
in doing so and they have good reviews from all the customers they have had so far.

The workers are all locals and they have good understanding about there customers and the
workers are all well skilled and good at teaching the interns.

The TAFE showroom located in kadur was first started in 2016 and it has been running
successfully ever since then and have sold many good farmer friendly tractors till now .

HISTORY
In 1847, Daniel Massey established the Newcastle Foundry and Machine Manufactory in
what is now Newcastle, Clarington, Ontario, Canada.[1] The company made some of the
world's first mechanical threshers, at first by assembling parts from the United States,
but eventually designing and building its own equipment. Daniel Massey's
son, Hart Massey, subsequently renamed the enterprise as the Massey Manufacturing

former Toronto exhibition grounds, the site of Toronto's Crystal Palace, just south of the

King Street West (now part of Liberty Village), became one of the best-known features
of the city. The company expanded further and began to sell its production

We have learnt many more things in the internship training. We have been trained fourteen
days we got to know about tractor working ,oil checking ,engine service ,gear system,
lubricating etc .we gained knowledge , new skill in the internship training .we saw why
cleanness is important in company how they clean each and every machine after work and
before starting work in internship training we met several new people and got little
information from them. In internship training we also got good in finding our strengths and
weaknesses and this helped to define what skill and knowledge have to improve in coming
time .The internship training has given us a new insights ,new information and motivation to
build our new career.
