Subject: To file a complaint

Based on my professional responsibility given to me by the organization, I have been

fulfilling my responsibility by giving my full time with sincerity and honesty. I have

contributed to the change in the organization by generating ideas and converting them

into action by following a scientific combination of strategies to register a significant

change in the organization.

For example:

Inside the company:

 Better relationship between the staff and the company.

 The relationship between the company’s managers and supervisors is now

according to the company’s rules and regulations.

 The company’s organizational structure is according to the management science

and easier to solve problems that might rise up at any time.

 Improvement in better relationships between departments and reporting systems.

 A system of transparency and accountability has been established.

 For staff’s work motivation there has been motivational discussions and

motivations.

 I have prepared solution creating stages.

 There has been a lot of work done to change the staff’s understandings and

beliefs.

 To make the company profitable, the staff, the supervisors and managements has

been made to fulfil their responsibilities properly.

 To make sure the company’s rights and benefits has been fulfilled I have been

using legal approaches and giving my professional support and supervision.

 After evaluating the problems the company used to encounter in the security

department there has been taken by conducting corrective actions.

 There was a close supervision on Fair Trade projects for the success of the

projects.

 The health and safety of the employees has been strengthened.

 For department heads and supervisors there has been training so their leadership

skills can be better and they can fulfill their duties properly.

Outside the company:

 I have been working to make sure the relationship between the company and

governmental and non governmental offices is smooth.

 I have worked with the city administration and the federal government to increase

awareness about the concerns of the community regarding the environment using

scientific analysis.

 The four companies to work together, having a unification and solving their

problems together.

 The complaint the community has on the company has been solved with

diplomacy.

 I have been representing the company, being willing to be in the management

committee for more than five years and making sure the company is getting all

its benefits.

And below are some of my complaints:

 First of all I would like to thank the company for giving me a yearly salary raise

but considering my responsibilities and the amount of work I perform the salary

isn't relevant.
 Because of the position I have at the company, it is known that I have been facing

a lot of harassment and violence.

 During the time Artist Hachalu was murdered, my house was

destructed.

 People in car coming to my house and has tried to injure my family

and I.

 Because people are coming to my house trying to hurt and harasses

my family, specially my daughter is going through psychological

disorder. My entire family is disrupted because of this.

 My family, because of this situations, isn't able to relax and move

around in Ziway as they wish.

 These people harassing my family and I are people who used to

work here, who were fired because of discipline and wants to harm

the rights and interests of the company.

I would like for the company to take into consideration and

1. I kindly would like to request the company to make a salary adjustment for me

considering my position and the responsibilities I have .

2. To minimize the psychological and societal harassment my family is going

through

 For my kids to be safe and get a quality education, I would like to

request for the company to prepare some ways for me to buy a house in

Adiss Ababa, and relocate my family.

 I would like to kindly request for the company to give me incentives

considering my position and responsibilities.

I hope the company can give solution to my question soon considering the questions I

have asked and would like to thank the company in advance.

Summary

 I am willing to fulfill all duties given by the company and give my full

time.

 I will make sure to keep the best interest and benefits of the company at

all times.

 I will make sure on my part to make sure the company is under the best

managerial science systems for the company's profit.

 I will make sure on my part that the company can continue having its

brand name.

 For rapid growth of the company I am willing to work day and night for

opening of other branches of the company.

 I will make sure the company and staff have better bond and

relationship.

Since the company knows I have been loyal to the company so I hope the company

can provide solution to my problems.
