There are many different knowledge of personalities in the world today. Why do
we need it? Is personality important for the people? . Has it changed the people’s
opinion? What is the advantage and disadvantages of knowing personality.

Knowing one's personality helps people to know their true strengths and weaknesses.
This is of course very important and beneficial for yourself and others. That way,
someone can find the right way to fix these deficiencies and develop their potential.
Realizing that all humans have weaknesses and strengths.

In additional, personality is often interpreted as a characteristic that stands out in an


individual, such as someone who is shy is subjected to the attribute of "shy personality".
Outgoing people are given the attribute of "outgoing personality" and to people who are
wishy-washy, cowardly, and the like are given the attribute of "having no personality".
Based on psychology, Gordon Allport states that personality as an organization (various
psychological and physical aspects) is both a structure and a process. So, personality is
something that can change. Allport explicitly said, personality regularly grows and
changes.

Learning economic terms will give you a better understanding of market dynamics as a
whole. In addition, you will know how to practice it on a daily basis. Economics is not
just about learning a series of these terms.

After knowing these various vocabularies, you can develop them into a business strategy.
For example, in making decisions in business or determining sales prices appropriately.

Economics applies to almost all aspects of everyday life. By studying economics, you
can find out various kinds of things that concern the lives of many people, such as:

- Business
- Finance
- Administration
- Law
- Government, be it regional to national level

Economics is more than just a theory because it includes a way of thinking. By studying
economics, you will come up with a logical way of dealing with various problems.
Studying economics will also help you develop skills in various ways, including:

- Communication and numeracy skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Mastering general literacy
- Get insight into opportunity and exchange costs
- Understand and be able to evaluate how projects and government policies
- Gain insight into the mechanisms for allocating state resources and the environment in
general

Many assume that economics is only limited to studying curves, graphics, models, and
all theories which are considered boring. In fact, economics is more varied and not
limited to theory.

A number of economic theories are based on assumptions about how people behave
rationally in economic terms. Because not only studying theory, we will also learn how
important it is for us to know what to do if these assumptions fail.

So studying economics is not just studying curves and the like. Yet learn about how
cognitive biases influence economic decision-making processes. Of course it is very
important for survival to be better.
