Topic Introduction ( Multimedia: Funny face) discussion will be done. I will not be teaching
them directly about Paint. I will be explaining them the meaning of Topic( Multimedia: Funny
faces).The word Multimedia is basically divided into two words. MULTI-MEDIA .
MULTI means Many or more than many.
Media means tools software's or applications used to do our work.
e.g. If we want to type we can use MS word, Note pad and if we want to draw
we can use Paint and Tux paint etc . How was the life before Multimedia and How it is now ?

Review of our previous discussions will be done in the beginning . Later on we will start some
practical sessions related to our book topics The canvas and Drawing shapes.
The first step will be launching paint software and introducing my kids about its appearance and
tools briefly. After briefing I will move to my topic i.e. Canvas , I will be showing them on
computer screen that what is canvas basically, the white part where we can draw is canvas just
like a piece of paper on which we draw with pencil or colors but here on screen this part is called
drawing area or canvas. After explaining about canvas I will show them different tools which
they can use while drawing .I will show them how to draw different shapes on canvas and how to
add colors to it. The difference between paper drawing and canvas drawing will be done
practically, by drawing shapes with pencil and scale on paper and than by drawing on canvas.

Review of our previous discussions will be done in the beginning . Later on we will start some
practical sessions related to our book topics i.e Erasing and Undoing . I will be showing my
students one example on piece of paper that how I will draw with pencil and erase it with my
eraser but it wont be that much clear how it was before then i will draw a shape with colour
pencil and try to rub it with my eraser but its not easy to rub color from piece of paper.Now i
will be showing them how neat clean it looks when we draw shapes ,pictures on paint .If mistakes
occur it can be erased easily with eraser tool and it will be neat and clean. I will be showing
them the usage of undo key that how they can bring back there recent actions.The another topic
we will be discussing is Save for another time.I will be teaching my students how they can save
their work for later use by giving them appropriate name .

Revision will be done from our previous topics and NOW we will be discussing
How to open our already saved file or how to open our last saved work by searching the
file name. Final topic of our chapter is Move and Swap .Usage of select tool ,how to select part of
image and move it to another place on screen.

Wrapping up Revision of whole chapter will be done .
