Our HTS Cable With Base Conductor of ETP Copper (Nickel or as per your
demand) is covered with Mica and braided with Silica Yarn for best performance. These HTS cables have excellent Flame
Resistant Properties and is highly used where there is a Working Temperature requirements of -32°C to 900°C. Other known

HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICA YARN for braiding cables for withtanding 1000°C (1650°F)

High Temperature Silica Yarns are made of continuous filaments (5 to 9 microns

diameter for single filament). They bear the thermal performance of refractory materials. With continuous working temperature at
900°C (1800°F), HTS Yarns have high resistance to thermal shock, low thermal conductivity, and minimal shrinkage at service
temperatures and under conditions of cyclical thermal loads. HTS Yarns also provide reliable electric insulation, acid and alkali
resistance in comparison with E-Glass and basalt fibers. These yarns are Asbestos Free!

MICA TAPE for cables to withstand 900°C
Mica Glass Backed Tape are produced from high temperature raw mica that
contains thermal properties to reach flame temperature of up to 1100°Celsius.
Our product provides extreme reliability and durability when insulated to
produce cable and wires. Additionally, the tapes have high flexibility along with
superior tensile strength, which is suitable for high speed taping. Mica tapes are
produced using natural mica and is non-toxic, chemically neutral and 100%
halogen free.

High Temp Silica Fabrics are ideal cloths that are used in demanding temperature applications throughout industrial insulation
market. With continuous working temperature at 1000°C (1800°F), they are easy to fabricate and remains flexible after high
temperature exposure and provides excellent protection from molten metal splash. Silica fabrics have many uses ranging from
welding to metal cutting applications and insulation blankets.

Firesleeve for Molten & 1000°C protection (fire sleeve or fire-sleeve) is the perfect sleeve and jacket choice for protecting cable,
industrial hydraulic hoses and lines, pneumatic lines, fuel & oil lines, brake lines, wires and cables from exposure to high
temperature, heat, flame, fire and pyro exposure. The extra thick special formulation of silicone rubber on firesleeve sheds molten
