Scenario:6 PPE Bad

Animation Visuals:
Show a worker grinding a metal plate. The earmuff did not cover the entire ear as bubble with red outiine.
In split screen, another worker drilling using a jackhammer wearing a corded earplug.
The earplug did not fit properly to the ear as bubble with red outline

Animation Visuals:
While working, show a year passing from 2015 to 2022 (as their time of exposure) .

2015 2020
Animation Visuals:
Show a sound wave going to the ears and both workers are touching their ears.

Animation Visuals:
The supervisor (with earmuff) notices them and he come closer and ask what happen?
Animation Visuals:
Zoom in the poor fitted hearing protection both earmuff and earplug (as notification
that the supervisor observes the problem).

Animation Visuals:
The supervisor said no and pointing on the bubble to recommend the proper way of
fitting the hearing protector.
Scenario:6 PPE Good
Animation Visuals:
Show the same work activity as in bad but show the workers are wearing the hearing protector
correctly. Show a worker grinding a metal plate. Then show a bubble to explain the earmuff covers the entire
ear with green outline. In split screen, another worker drilling using a jackhammer wearing a corded earplug.
The earplug fit properly to the ears as bubble with green outline to understand proper wearing.

Animation Visuals:
Show the noise wave bounce back from the ear with hearing protector to understand
that the noise attenuation is achieve.
Animation Visuals: (3sec)
Then flash in the screen and demonstrate the proper way of wearing both earmuff and earplugs
in split screen.

Onscreen Texts:
Earplug: squeeze, role, push fit
Earmuff:ensurethe earmuff cover the entireear with good fittings.

2. The worker is cleaning the reusable corded earplug with water and blinking green.

Animation Visuals:
Close up to hadar . then the camera zoom out and hadar is explaining at the conclusion.

On screen Texts:
Noise safety
-Ensure that the noise hazards within the work areas are properly identified and eliminated or minimized within
or below exposure limit values through strict implementation of hazard control methods such as safe systems of
work, sound barrier arrangement, use of equipment with low noise and providing hearing protection.
