1. Voltage measurements from Gnd to Voltage Pins, meter negative lead on Gnd.
2. Resistance measurements from Gnd to Voltage Pins, meter negative lead on Gnd.
3. Resistance on Pin 3 varied depending on when the meter lead was connected.
R1 is the first contact of the meter lead to Pin 3.
R2 is when the meter lead is disconnected from Pin 3 and fairly quickly reconnected.
The Resistance then is initially >2m ohm, and slowly decreases to the value shown (R2)
