Figure 8 energy flows originates as one of many subsidiary energy


flows in Tibetan medicine. This energy circles in an 8 pattern
along the front and back of the body. Find an area of pain on
your body. Draw a figure 8 about one to two inches out from the
area of pain. This is done off the body. If the pain continues
try the ex pattern or diagonally across the area of pain. Keep
drawing until the pain subsides. This technique is also good for
deep pain in areas hard to reach or rub out.
