EXERCISE 3
ACTIVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE FORCES
("PUMPING" ENERGY)
Starting position: Teacher and Student face each other.
Method of implementation:
In the process of performing the exercise, the pupil should stand steadily and
calmly (without any unnecessary movements). Attention is focused on sensations.
The teacher has no right to use any thought forms (one can not think about the
specific pathology of the Student, his other problems). Work is done only with
energy.
The Teacher and the Disciple energize the energy, rubbing their
palms. Establish energy contact between the palms of each other (hands in front of
the chest, bent at the elbows). The teacher makes circular movements with the
palms, thereby activating the energetic of the pupil. In the hands of the Disciple,
various primary sensations of energy arise in the form of tingling, warmth, cold,
pressure, pulling strings, waves, breeze, buzzing, etc. (individual sense of energy
perception). The student constantly concentrates on his feelings. With time, with
further development of sensitivity, different sensations will arise in other parts of
the body.
Work with the external form.
1. When there is a stable energy contact, the student says "is" and
slowly retreats back to 7 meters from the Teacher (Figure 6), (hands not
lower). Both through the palms retain energy contact with each other, stretching
the energy field (as if stretching the elastic band).

possible sensations in it: heat, pulsation, "overflow from within". As soon as there

EXERCISE 6
MOVING ENERGY FEELINGS
Starting position: The pupil is sitting, the back is straight, the hands on the

Method of implementation:
1. The teacher stands before the Disciple and palm of his hand makes a
clockwise movement above the palm of the right hand of the Disciple, activating
the energy exchange until the appearance of any sensations of energy: heat, cold,
tingling, buzzing, etc.
Then the Teacher, continuing to rotate the palm, slowly moves it upwards
along the pupil's hand, holds on the shoulders, further downwards along the left
hand and palm. (The disciple constantly fixes his sensations and communicates
them to the Teacher). Completing the circle of energy, helps the pupil in the same
movements to transfer feelings to the palm of his right hand. And again it helps to

2. A disciple moves energy independently, comparing the quality and

The meaning of the exercises "Heaviness", "Lightness", "Moving sensations":
Exercises "heaviness-lightness" are subsequently recommended to be
performed in various
combinations : separate areas of theaaa and organs "heavy" individual parts of
the body "lungs".
For example: The upper part of the body is heavy, the lower part (from the
waist) is light, and vice versa, the left half of the body is heavy, the right one is
light, and vice versa, one leg is light, the other is heavy: one arm is light, the other

When performing these exercises, subjective feelings of "skewing" or
"asymmetry" of the body may occur.
Exercises improve the energy exchange of the whole body, the respiratory
system, blood circulation, metabolism, strengthen the tone of the vessels of the

EXERCISE 7
ACTIVATION AND HARMONIZATION OF THE ENERGY
STRUCTURE OF THE BRAIN.
("PUMPING" HEADS)
Starting position: The pupil is sitting, the back is straight, legs are located at
right angles, slightly apart, hands on knees palms up.
Method of implementation:
Exercise is recommended to be performed in pairs. At the level of the pupil's
eyes, at a distance of 70-80 cm on the wall, attach a sheet of paper, in the center of
which is a black dot with a diameter of 4-5 mm. The teacher stands on the side of
the Student or behind him. Exercise is performed on the basis of the method
"Breathing by thought". The teacher, putting his hands to certain parts of the
disciple's head, sends the flow of energy from one hand to another, directing it
through the head. The student concentrates his attention on the point, hears his
sensations in the head and in the whole organism. When the image of the point and
sensations is changed, the state of the brain systems is diagnosed.
Place the palm of the left hand on the frontal part, the palm of the right hand
on the occipital part of the head. When exhaling through the right hand, the flow of
energy through the head "flows in" into the left arm. Then - the left hand sends a

The "pumping" of the head with a flow of energy is carried out in a similar

exercises are possible:

DRY TIBETAN MASSAGE
Starting position: The pupil is standing, legs are shoulder width apart.

EXERCISE 10
THE DRAGON

Method of implementation:
When the exercise student should try to make breathing through the mouth (at

1. On inhalation The pupil as it absorbs energy through the three upper
centers (palms of both hands and mouth), then moves it to the area of the solar

EXERCISE 13
ACTIVATION OF THE ENERGY EXCHANGE OF THE OPTICAL

Starting position: The student is sitting, back straight, legs slightly
