Reiki 2. :- who are reiki 2 channel may draw mental & power symbol ON HANDS for better
results
Non-reiki people to rub both hands for 1-2 mts to generate similar energy

Pose :- keep arms & spine erect. Hands can rest on thighs, chair handles, table, bed. Palms
preferably open to sky (in receiving mode for cosmic energy) Exhale more than
inhaling visualizing that the problems are going out with the breaths. Can be done
sitting or lying down. If need be,

HOW TO DO :- Press thumb tip at 1st joint ( outside) of index finger of each hand slightly and
hold for 2-5 minutes. Try to slow down your breath while doing this
exercise. Balance finger separate , straight.

Benefits :- to achieve relaxation in case of sudden tension / stress.


Can be done before yogic savasan or sleeping.

Remarks :- meant for doing for short time only. For immediate relief.
