ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This portfolio would not have been possible without the guidance and help of the

several individuals who in one way or another contributed and extended their valuable

assistance in the preparation and completion of this portfolio.

First and foremost, I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to my

family who supported me morally and financially and of course to my very supportive love

one, know who you are. Thank you so much for everything and las but not the least, the one

above all of us the omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent God, for answering my prayers

for giving me the strength and wisdom, thank you so much Dear God.

I also wish to extend my grateful appreciation to our very own supportive teacher, Mr.

Jay-ar P. Bahana, for his patient and guidance, and most of all his full support for the

completion of this portfolio.


INTRODUCTION

This affects each other’s lives, how will always remember something, often suddenly,

many years later. This could also change each child’s mindset, perspective by teaching,

nurturing children while they are young.

Teacher has a lot to do, have a lot to accomplish and to fulfill. Preparing all these is

not easy, all these patterns form as a future education it is a big challenged for me to do and

given to these papers. And this portfolio will help me drive to this idea on how to prepare all

this.

To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based

and complete basic education where; students learn in a child, friendly, gender-sensitive, safe

and motivating environment.

Teacher facilitates learning and constantly nurture every learner. Administration and

staff, as; stewards of the institution, ensure and enabling and supportive environment for

effective learning to happen.

Finally, community and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share

responsibility life-long learners.

VISION

We dream of Filipino who passionately love their country and whose values and

competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to

building the nation.

As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education continuously

improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.

INTRODUCTION

Portfolio is a document created by student teacher which reveals related

and describes the teachers, duties, knowledge proficiency and growth in

teaching.

I also offer opportunity for judging once work and evaluating the

effectiveness of learner. Whoever the used of teacher’s portfolio is not

universally work and outputs of pupils.

Welcome for my Portfolio one example and final requirements of my

Subject Assessment Learning II.

This is Raquel V. Apdua a student of Southern Peninsula College taking

Bachelor in Elementary Education Third year.
