ABOUT THE COMPANY:REALME

Chinese smartphone maker Real me was founded on May 4, 2018 (Chinese National Youth
Day), by Sky Li, a former vice president of Oppo and the head of the company's international
business division. The business was initially established as an Oppo Mobiles sub-brand by
BKK Electronics, but it was eventually incorporated as a separate company. Sky Li left Oppo
to work at Realme.The Real me 1 smartphone was released in May 2018, and the company
first operated out of India. According to research and analysis company Counterpoint, it then
introduced the Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro smartphones in India, which led to it becoming one
of the companies with the quickest growth in 2018.

The company sold mobile phones online throughout the first year of its operations. However,
the business intended to enter the offline market in 2019 in order to enhance its position in the
budget and midrange segments. The business also intends to expand in additional international
markets, including Taiwan, Mainland China, and Indonesia.Realme plans to open
approximately 25 unique service centers in India by the end of 2019 in order to increase its
presence there. On March 19, it opened its first exclusive service center in New Delhi, the
nation's capital.

In 2019, the company also intended to work with retail outlets and multi-brand outlets all
throughout the nation to grow its offline sales channels to 150 cities. Although the firm
primarily sells affordable and midrange smartphones, it is also developing a premium model
with flagship features that will likely be unveiled in India by the end of 2019. The next phone is
anticipated to compete with the Xiaomi Redmi K2 Pro, which was released in China in May and
is anticipated to come to India in June the same year.

REALME MARKETING ANALYSI AND COMPETITION

According to a recent analysis by Counterpoint Research, a major worldwide market research


firm, Realme, the world's fastest-growing smartphone brand, was ranked sixth among notable
smartphone firms. Reaching 15 million shipments in Q2 2021, with 135.1 percent YoY
growth, is a tremendous advancement against other industry titans and places Real me as the
fastest-growing smartphone brand internationally.

This outstanding accomplishment in just three years improves realme's position in the market,
positioning it as one of the most well-liked mainstream smartphone brands among other more
established and older ones. After being founded in 2018, the youthful business has quickly
ascended the sales growth charts, garnering 17 brand awards, 159 product awards, and 5 top-
tier design honors globally in 2020.

With the newly released "flagship killer," Realme GT series, the brand has increased its
appeal and brought about a disruptive revolution in the mid-to-high-end phone category on
both the domestic and global markets. For customers on a tight budget, the new series offers a
wide range of headline features. Furthermore, Realme will soon introduce a high-end flagship
option.

Rightly called the 'camera phone', Oppo phones are selfie experts and the brand has been
ranked at number 4 globally since 2016.

SAMSUNG: - Samsung offers latest smartphones with advanced technology and design. 

ONE PLUS: Launched in December 2013, the start-up and smartphone manufacturer
OnePlus is situated in Shenzhen. The company's attempt to provide mainstay specs in its
handsets at reasonable pricing is its claim to fame.

better. It scored the highest i.e. 25 out of 30 in terms of SEO,20 out of 30 in mobile and the

 The page speed of 8.1 sec should be reduced as it is too high and affects sales and
conversion rate. The ideal speed is under 2 seconds.
 Image size is out of place and needs to improve.
 Descriptive link help visitors know what they will see and it is too generic and needs
to specified.
 They should collaborate with various celebrities to endorse and be the face of the
brand.
 A proper budget should be formed to allocate resources to paid and organic search
 Use of hashtags should be increased as they help to reach more audience.
 The content should be trendy and appealing to the audience.
