The reporters used their skills in presenting their ideas with different techniques and telling
some jokes but meaningful, it was helpful and ice breaker to get our attention. The PowerPoint
materials support the learners and the discussant. But it seems that some of the fonts used in the slide
are not suitable because they are small, the animation is minimal and simple, some slides are not
discussed enough due to limited time.

Mr. Norman always share his experiences for more in how to start a business and explaining
some terminologies that we used in a simple way so that we can understand it simply.I suggest that the
next reporter just use a shorter text like bullet type, just put the most important and useful ones. Most
of all, make some topics more exciting.

The topic is all about marketing and promoting the fitness business. The reporters used power
points so the learner can follow in the topic discuss. The give some points and advises on how can they
promote their business when you are beginner in the industry. One of the reporters discuss his
experience when in a business. He told that the environment of the business and being hospitality to the
client is the key to improve the business you have. And his customers feel that they comfortable and
satisfied in paying membership and other expenses.

It is very fruitful discussion because of the ideas they put in and because of the question and
answer portion the learners get the they wanted to know.

The topic is more on business policy. Without the policy business cannot move forward because
of lack of discipline, lack of applying the house regulation and others. The reporters always highlighted
the question “why do you want to put a business?”. Because answering this question is you point of
view in starting a business, you cannot put a business because you just want it. You need a vision and
mission, goals, and objectives for you to know the direction of your business. One of the reporters
discuss the code of ethics for employees, and that is the important part of putting the business you
wanted to build and the reporter said “the good leader is a good follower too”. And this is the longest
discussion that we have because of question and answer portion because this is the sensitive part of
putting the business. But very fruitful and getting more knowledge in how to keep the business alive.

The topic is more on business legalization. Mam daisy explain the how to make a business plan
on paper, from to cover page to legal page. It highlights that the business plan is the bible of the of the
businessman. The Mr. Talagtag explain the how to be creative in business like the term margin. Margin
is one of the ways to monitor and analyze the difference of every product you sell and he example the
dog food and the cat food. And the cat foods are better is better because this is in demand and the
profit is low unlike on the dog food. Then Ms. Ivee follow up the business plan in terms of organizational
charts to recognize the employees and always updating the business plan to identify the problems and
needs of the business. Then Mr. Paul John ended it on how to promote a business and he make an
example of Beks Gym. He emphasizes the budgeting and coordinating to employees to make the
business better and give some incentives or extra service to the clients to make more satisfied. All the
reporters are very good. They present their reports and PowerPoint organized ang readable.
