TEST OF UNDERSTANDING
1.) A domestic is a person you hire to work at your home on a regular basis. While institutional would be more of a
service that you pay on a weekly or biweekly basis to take care of things.
2.) The biggest effects I can think of are lost wages and lost workers. Poor housekeeping starts at the top and
spreads throughout the company, making everything seem shabby. Without good pay, a company will struggle,
and if nothing is done, the company will eventually go out of business.
3.) If everything is nicely ordered and everything is in its proper place, we may say the house is in order.

Disscuss /define the following :

2.) Mega Hotel - A mega-resort is a large-scale attraction that is occasionally included in a mega-resort ( casino, golf course,
theme park, multiple accommodations ). Because of their enormous size and complexity, the hotels on the Las Vegas Strip are
commonly referred to as mega-resorts.
3.) Rotels - As the tourist sector develops, a variety of new products emerge to fulfill the needs of travelers. The term 'Rotel'
refers to a hotel on wheels that is often favoured by travelers who want to travel to the most distant and wild regions.
4.) Economy/Buget Hotels - A hotel that offers the bare essentials for a lower price than a standard hotel in the region. This
style of hotel provides guests with clean, safe rooms that suit their basic necessities. Extra services may be provided, but they
will come at a premium.
5.) Convention Hotels - A conference hotel, sometimes known as a convention hotel, is a form of lodging that caters to MICE
travelers. The hotels are usually strategically positioned near convention / conference centers, or if not, the hotels themselves
will be equipped with such amenities.
6.) Large Hotels - A LARGE HOTEL IS DEFINED AS ONE WITH MORE THAN 300 ROOMS.
7.) Luxury Hotel - A luxury hotel is defined as one that offers its guests a luxurious lodging experience. Luxury is often used to
designate 4 or 5-star hotels.
8.) Boutique Hotels - is a modest and cozy hotel with a personal touch, decorated in a stylish manner. It has a distinct
personality that sets it apart from other hotel chains.
9.) Ecotels - Hotels that have made considerable environmental changes to their construction in order to reduce their
environmental impact are known as ecotels. A regular hotel is a place where people pay to stay for a short period of time.
PRIMARY GOAL Ecotels' primary goal is to construct clean, environmentally friendly hotels while also making a profit.
10- Timeshares - A timeshare is a vacation real estate ownership concept in which numerous buyers possess allotments of
usage in the same property, often in one-week increments. Vacation resorts, condominiums, apartments, and campgrounds are
all examples of properties where the timeshare concept might be used.
