HARNESS SKILL

Some teachers say that the internet and digital search tools have had a “mostly
positive” impact on their students’ research habits, but others say that these technologies
are creating an “easily distracted generation with short attention spans” and some say
today’s digital technologies “do more to distract students than to help them
academically.”

Based on the conducted interview in Try More, apply the knowledge and skills you
have learned in measures of position to evaluate and interpret the results of your
interview. Moreover, select 4 of your classmates with the lowest (2 students) and highest
(2 students) number of hours spent in using internet. Further ask them on how the use of
internet affects their study habits. Write you answer/interpretation on the next page. The
following rubrics will be the guide in assessing your output.
