Precondition
• Uninstall the current Microsoft office
• Downloading and Installing Microsoft 365
 Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 1
Search the control
panel.

Open Control Panel.

 Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 2

After opening
control panel, click
the Uninstall a
program.
 Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 3
Find Microsoft
Office application.
 Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 4
Press Right Click in
the mouse and click
the Uninstall at the
option.
Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 5
A modal has been pop up stating uninstall or change a
program:

Click YES BUTTON

 Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 6
Click the Uninstall
button if this modal
is pop-up on your
screen.
Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 7
Wait until
uninstalling finish
then click Close.
Uninstall the current Microsoft office

Step 8
RESTART your
Computer
Downloading and Installing
Microsoft 365
STEP: 1
Open any browser.
Like Chrome,
Mozilla, Internet
Explorer, and etc.
 STEP: 2

Type to the URL search

bar: www.office.com
STEP: 3
Click the Sign in
button.
STEP: 4
You directed to the
Microsoft login
account.

Please input your

Microsoft email
account and Click
next
STEP:5

Please input your

password account
and Click Sign in.

Click Yes
 STEP:7

Click Install
Office.
 STEP:8

1. Click Apps &

devices.

2. Click Install
Office.

Wait until the
Microsoft 365 finish
downloading and
installing.

Click Close if done.

Open any
Microsoft office
application like
Word.
 STEP:12
Click Blank
Document.
STEP:13
Click Yes button to
activate Microsoft
365.

Click Sign in.
 STEP:15
Enter your
Microsoft email
account.

Then Click Next

button.

Click Work or
school account.
 STEP:17
Enter your current
password.
 STEP:18
Click Yes Button.
 STEP:19
Wait for a while.

Click the Done

button when its
finish.
