1.) During this pandemic, how will you apply these energy systems with your
day to day activities?

As a result of the pandemic, our options are limited, Since that’s the only
time I can do it safely and securely, I’ll use these energy systems for the majority
of my daily activities at home. Although I can’t do them every day, I can do them
in some public places, and I’ll try to fit them into my daily life.

2.) How does one’s fitness play a significant role in the challenges of daily
living?

Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of
developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular
disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health
benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.
