First and foremost, I'd like to thank the Almighty God for allowing us to successfully complete

this report. I am extremely grateful to our honorable course instructor, Bobby Hajjaj, for

providing us with helpful advice on how to write a strategic management report. It would not

have been feasible for me to create such an insightful report without his invaluable advice. This

report has been written solely to fulfill our academic objectives. It is not permitted to be used

for any other purpose. I am not liable for any problem that arises as a result of reading this

report. It is strongly advised not to follow the implementation of this report in real life. Some of

the work shown here is predicated on assumptions. It was created entirely for educational

purposes, and it was not designed to deal with real-life commercial situations. I'd like to thank

report may be forgiven.

'Amader School' is a successful shadow education center (Coaching) that is attempting to
provide academic assistance in Dhaka. Md. Fahad Hossain, who established this shadow
education institution in 2010 with a single class room setup. Amader School gained prominence
in Dhandmondi, Dhaka, over time. Amader School purchased its Facebook and YouTube
activities on June 1, 2013 in order to serve more students from all across Bangladesh. The main
reasons for putting the organization on the internet were to provide quality education to pupils
who could not live in Dhaka and to raise Amader School's brand awareness.

Md. Fahad Hossain, the owner of Amader School, recently announced plans to enter the Ed-tech
industry with a competent corporate organization, so that kids from all over Bangladesh can
receive quality education and academic requirements. Amader School's initial goal is to bring its
offline activities online. Academic classes are available to students via the application and the
official website. If the trial business model is successful, Amader School will consider expanding.

Students can receive outstanding educational help from their home, according to Amader
School's strategy. Students can save time and money by purchasing academic and entrance
courses from Amader School.

In the following section, I will present entry-strategies for bringing the brand's success in the
Edtech industry. I will attempt to portray a fool-proof business plan using the trimmings of the
strategy I acquired in class. So that Amder School can develop a clear strategic plan for entering
the Edtech business. Before implementing the complete plan, we will run some trial version of
it then the improved version will be implanted in the future.
