The First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth,
Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Fifteenth, Sixteenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth, Nineteenth, Twentieth,
Twenty First, Twenty Second, Twenty Third , Twenty Fourth and Twenty Fifth, Twenty sixth, Twenty
seventh party shall hereinafter be individually referred to as a “Partner” and collectively referred to
as “Partners” or “Parties”.
WHEREAS:
The Continuing Partners of the LLP is carrying on the business as detailed in the Limited Liability
Partnership Agreement dated 22.08.2022 under the name and style of M/s. POOMAALE ESTATE LLP
(hereinafter referred to as “the LLP”) vide LLP Identification Number: AAW-2437 having its
registered office at #H.NO: 8_3_678_49 Plot No.49 Pragathi Nagar Colony Hyderabad Telangana
India 500045.
(a) in terms of the Limited Liability Partnership Agreement, Dated: 22.08.2022 under the
provisions of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

The Partners of the LLP shall be entitled to share profit and losses in the proportion mentioned
herein below:

That from the date hereof, the said Party as mentioned the shall be partners subject to the terms
and conditions of the LLP Agreement, dated 22.08.2022 except in so far as the same are varied by
this Supplementary LLP Agreement.
That the admission of Incoming Party as partners shall be notified to the Registrar and the said
parties agrees to co-operate in the process as required for this purpose.
6. WAIVER
No part of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been waived by any Partner or any other person
thereof unless such statement of waiver is submitted in writing by the Partner or such person seeking the
waiver and shall be subject to unanimous consent of the remaining or all the Partners as the case may be.
