MINUTES OF THE MEETING


S.Y. 2017 - 2018
Dated: JUNE 23, 2017

I. The elected officers agreed to attend the General assembly and the induction of officers.
Each parent shall share a healthy meal with their children on the celebration of Nutrition
Month.
II. Elected PLSS Officers:

III. PLSS Voluntary Classroom Project

The President proposed to safe keep the classroom by procuring padlocks for the classroom
door and by securing the classroom windows and procuring cooling facility for the pupils with
extension cord
Each parent is to pay at least 50 pesos while the officers will voluntarily share 100 pesos each.
The treasurer will be in charge of collecting the payments and it shall be on voluntary basis.

IV. The Parents agreed to support and monitor their children’s’ assignments, projects and
performance in the school.
