Virtual SLAC and Monthly Staff Conference

The office of the Department of Education issues memorandum

no. ________reiterating the participation of Teaching and Non-
RATIONALE:
teaching personnel on the School Learning Action Cell and
Monthly Staff Conference.

This orientation aims to establish the importance of information

dissemination for the benefit of Teaching and Non-Teaching,
OBJECTIVES: appreciation to those people who pushed hard in the middle of the
pandemic, readiness on the possible face to face classes and
discuss other concerns.

In line with the released memo, Taliptip National High
School conducted this monthly conference to make sure that every
one of the school was well- informed on the changes happened
inside and outside of the school matters. Therefore, Taliptip NHS
school head and other concerned speakers were very eager to
discuss different matter.

Last November 29, 2021, with the help of the School

Head, and Head Teachers, this event made to happen. The said
activity was participated by Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff. It
was started in the normal routine such as prayer, nationalistic
song, and food for thought. Mam Teresa P. Garcia delivered the
opening remarks and left a meaningful message to everyone.
Afterward, Mam Leonora A. Pineda started the discussion proper
on which she gave reecho some information on Bulacan
MANCOM Meeting specifically on the Health Section. She
shared the ongoing implementation of students vaccination in
preparation for face to face classes the school health protocols that
aligned on the DOH standards, work arrangement and health
medical exam for the teaching and non-teaching staff of the
school. Then, Mam Milagros L. Valdez discussed the Bulacan
MANCON Meeting on the school matters section, she reviewed
the making of SLM that under on the LRMDS department. She
also shared the steps and procedures that being followed in

creating SLM. She also showed the different accomplishment of

SDO in the middle of the pandemic. It was an evident that this
department existed although we were experiencing pandemic, it
was not a hindrance to make a difference.

The said meeting ended on a very meaningful closing prayer.
