But fortunately, there is an easy way, an effective way to get fit--no gym, no
equipment required.

Hey, all your weight lifters, don't make faces now, I swear by weight lifting. Its
my first love and I will keep lifting weights till the last days of my life.

But not many people have the time, inlclination, or budget to join a gym.

In India, not even 0.1% of the total population goes to the gym. (Although this
percentage is likely to increase) but you don't have to go to the gym to get fit.

Using your own body as a weight is one of the best form of functional and
effective ways to lose weight and get fit.

There are many ways, formats, in which you can do these workouts, the
possibilities are endless:)
