    1. Isoleucine 4. Lysine 7. Threonine


    2. Leucine 5. Methionine 8. Tryptophan
    3. Valine 6. Phenylalanine 9. Histidine
    BCAA

    Conditionally
    Essential:
    1. Arginine *+ 4. Proline + 7. Selenocysteine
    2. Cysteine + 5. Glycine 8. Pyrrolysine
    3. Glutamine + 6. Tyrosine
    * Essential for infants only
    + Essential for Trauma / Illness
