Combine pr with fun content about Homebase with pages that Gen Z follows a lot such as “Insight mất lòng”, "Hội
người xấu Việt Nam", "Đài tiếng nói Gen Z"...
Open case study sharing sessions about development startups such as homebase, share real estate knowledge,
then seeding on groups
Sponsor high school activities such as career guidance -> encourage students to follow to roll the lucky wheel to
receive gifts
Allocate personnel to participate in real estate/startup groups and write articles to share on those groups,
mentioning Homebase (like seeding)

Another methods
Create an effect on Tiktok, which is relevant to Homebase (For example, the effect of the house on the head) and
use the influence to make that effect go viral.
Booking KOL, Influencer to mention about Homebase. especially targeting micro influencers. Why: micro-
influencers are more profitable for marketers. 60% higher engagement rate. 6.7 times more cost effective. Weekly
brand conversations are 22 times higher than usual.
Budget: 300,000 VND/ 1 video (in my experience)

Note: I will choose to do a social media plan for the "CS Homebase" contest event and the
marketing actions surrounding it. Week 1 will be the normal social media plan, from week 2
onwards the plan will revolve around the event.

Objective:
Ultimate goal: Increase followers and interactions of fanpage
Secondary goal: Gain customers' trust and create positive discussions about Homebase on social media platforms
KPI: increase 3x number of fans/ followers, 3x engagement
Target Audience: Gen Z (whose age is between 18 and 24), dynamic youngsters, who are passionate in solving case
studies and intersted in running or starting a startup
Big Idea: "CS Homebase" contest creates an environment for you to touch on real issues in Real Estate.

Why genZ: GenZ (whose ages are between 18 and 24) active on social media more than other target groups:
18.1% of people aged 18-24 use Facebook. 41% of TikTok users are between the ages of 16 and 24 -> Thanks to
that, genZ can help Homebase go viral on social media and reach Homebase's customers (family members,
acquaintances of Gen Z who need to buy, sell, and advise on real estate), accomplishing the main goal of making
Homebase's fanpage grow.
