Abstract
Implementation of the Uninhabitable House Social Rehabilitation Program (RSRTLH) in Kota Baharu
District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The identification of problems was found, namely there were still many
people who did not have habitable houses to live in, the distribution of beneficiaries for the Social
Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH), the construction of rehabilitation for
uninhabitable houses was still not optimal because it was found that the construction/renovation of
houses had not been completed done. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the

implementation and the achievement of program objectives, seen from the impact and the level of
changes that occurred had been achieved and on target in accordance with established regulations.
The supporting factors in Implementation of the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable
Houses (RS-RTLH) in Kota Baharu District, Aceh Singkil Regency, is a clear legal basis and there is
supervision from program implementers.

Abstract
Implementation of the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) In Kota
Baharu District, Aceh Singkil Regency, it was found that the identification of problems was that there
were still many people who did not have decent houses to live in, the distribution of beneficiaries for
the Social Rehabilitation program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) was not evenly distributed.
