The gasoline station is 75% to 80% completed. Installed facilities consists of four (4) UGTs, two (2) pump islands, two (2) dispensing pumps and a canopy. Being constructed is its convenience store / office building, 3. Description of Project Area and Surrounding Environment The project site covers an area of 1,600 sq, meters, flat surface and no standing trees oF structure other than the proponent’s new facilites. It is located in a built-up area. North of the project is a residential area, on the south is National Road and business establishments on the east and west, Between the highway and the project site is underground public drainage system, Beyond its adjoining areas are either residences or commercial establishments. REMARKS: 1. The operation of the gasoline station project is fuel refilling with a total capacity of 18,000 gallons of fuel It has no wash bay or other sources of wastewater except domestic waste 2, The project site is a leased property. Its original conditions / situation has been altered since the proponent has started his project even without EMB clearance, a violation of the Phil.
